Delete your Loaner account
Use the official account deletion link to open Loaner, confirm your identity with a 5-digit code and place the account in a 15-day inactivity period before deletion.

Request Loaner account deletion
This link opens the account area in Loaner. If you are not signed in, sign in with the account email you want to delete and go to Profile > Account and security > Request account deletion.
How it works
Access your account
Open the link, sign in if needed, and go to Profile > Account and security > Request account deletion.
Confirm the code
Loaner sends a 5-digit code from [email protected] to the registered email. The code is confirmed inside the app.
Wait for the safety period
The account remains inactive for 15 days. Signing in again during that period automatically cancels the request.
Deletion is not executed from an anonymous public form. It uses the user's signed-in session to protect accounts from unauthorized requests.
What is deleted
The request covers profile data, operational data registered in Loaner, customers or borrowers, loans, installments, payments, expenses, reports, organization, team, invitations and backups when applicable.
If you only need to delete part of your data and keep the account, use the data deletion form.
If you cannot access the app
If you lost access to the app or registered email, write to [email protected] with the subject Loaner account deletion request. Include your account email, profile name and a brief confirmation that you want to delete your account and associated data. Do not include private customer, borrower, loan, payment or card details in the initial email.
