1. Scope of Loaner
Loaner - Control de Préstamos is a personal organization app. It helps users record information, follow payments, and review statuses related to personal loans they choose to manage.
Loaner does not grant loans, broker credit, evaluate credit history or risk, operate as a financial institution, or collect debts for third parties.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, Loaner may process the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as basic profile details when available.
- Email address associated with the account.
- Authentication and session identifiers.
- Subscription data, plan status, payment status, and related permissions.
- Device tokens used for push notifications when enabled.
- Basic technical data, such as platform, app version, security events, or operational diagnostics.
- Information the user enters in the app, including records, notes, and data used for personal loan organization.
3. How we use information
Information is used to provide and maintain the service, including authentication, account operation, synchronization, security, subscriptions, support, notifications, and service improvement.
4. Providers and third-party services
Loaner may rely on cloud providers and platform services to operate securely and reliably:
- Supabase for authentication, database, sessions, profiles, subscriptions, roles, and permissions.
- Google OAuth for Google sign-in.
- Google Play for purchases, payments, and subscriptions on Android.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications and mobile configuration.
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, availability, and website delivery.
5. Payments and subscriptions
When purchases or subscriptions are available, payments are processed by Google Play. Loaner does not store full credit or debit card details. Subscription validation may use purchase identifiers, plan status, relevant dates, and permissions associated with the account.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Loaner may use device tokens to send app-related messages. You can disable notifications from your device settings or from app controls when available.
7. User rights and controls
You may request support to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account, subject to reasonable technical, operational, and security limitations. You may also revoke app permissions, sign out, disable notifications, and manage permissions from your device or Google account when applicable.
8. Security
Loaner is designed to protect user privacy through authentication controls, permissions, separation of responsibilities, and trusted providers. No system can guarantee absolute security. Dreynox works to apply reasonable measures and respond proportionally to incidents or support requests.
9. Data retention
Data may be retained while the account is active, while needed to provide the service, handle user requests, maintain technical records, or address operational needs. Deletion requests are processed according to system capabilities and reasonable security, backup, or abuse-prevention requirements.
10. International transfers
Because Loaner uses cloud providers such as Supabase, Google, Firebase, and Cloudflare, some data may be processed or stored on infrastructure outside the user's country. These providers operate under their own security measures and applicable terms.
11. Children's privacy
Loaner is not directed to minors. If Dreynox identifies that an account was created by a minor without valid authorization, it may take reasonable steps to restrict or delete the account and associated information.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app, providers, features, or operating practices. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
